About the position
HVB Torpvillan is looking for substitutes who want to work with boys aged 15–20 years who are in difficult psychosocial situations, such as criminality or substance abuse. With us, you will play an important role in the youths' everyday lives and have the opportunity to influence their development through professional treatment work based on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing (MI). We use structured interventions such as the Criminality Program B12 and the substance abuse program A-CRA.

As a substitute at Torpvillan HVB, your main tasks will include:
- Working according to our treatment methods and the individual's treatment plan
- Documentation
- External contacts with social services and other authorities
- Daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, driving to medical appointments, and activities
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who is solution-oriented, organized, and responsible. You have a positive outlook and enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. To thrive and succeed in the role, we hope you can easily build relationships and have good collaboration skills.
It is also an advantage if you:
- Have experience working in treatment for children and youth
- Have experience working in HVB homes
- Have experience in CBT, MI, and/or other evidence-based methods
- Have experience in documentation work and medication management
- Have a post-secondary education of at least 1.5 years with a focus on children and youth or are currently enrolled in a relevant program
Other:
A driver's license (B) is required for the position.
You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Good computer skills are necessary.
A background check from the Police Authority's criminal record and suspicion register for staff at HVB is always required before employment. See here to order a background check.
The position is a temporary employment, and working hours include days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis.
